BRAND IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT
In this project, I worked together with the coms team from Trust Links to look at rebranding the logo. The logo font was Calibri and the colours were in need of tweaking.
We looked at various font options and came across a free Google font, suitable for the entire Trust Links team to use whether working on ISO or Microsoft devices. It also had a large option of bold, italic and other variations, so very versatile.
We decided the green and orange colour options where still the best choice to represent the charity. The green however was a bit too bright so we have chosen a slightly softer, earthy green that best represents the gardening side of the charity. The eureka moment of the redesign came when we realised that moving the leaf icons closer to the letter wording simplified the logo. The final redesign has been well received and has a more professional feel.
